shecco is an integrated Marketing & Communication company supporting the
introduction of climate friendly technologies, with a special focus on natural refrigerants
and next-generation electric vehicle technology. Our philosophy is to bring these
technologies faster to the market in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions as
soon as possible and thereby "sustaining our atmosphere".
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Office Manager (f/m) will assist the shecco team with the following tasks:
Accountancy Support: prepare invoices, process payments and update accounting files
Administrative Support: handle all general administration & maintenance of the office: correspondence, mailings, incoming calls, order office supplies, equipment, updating memberships, etc.
HR Support: planning of absences, training, ensure compliance with staff regulations
Communications: constant dialogue with customers, suppliers, accountant, social secretariat
Profile
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to liaise with different market players, (partners, suppliers, public administration) across multicultural environments and culturally sensitive)
Trustworthy, responsible, reliable, capable of building trust and credibility with team, stakeholders, and customers
Able to work in teams and autonomously
Quick learner and proactive approach to optimize the smooth running of shecco’s office
Interested in shecco’s mission (promoting environmental technologies)
Requirements
5-10 years working experience
University degree, a plus
Fluent French and English (Dutch and/or German, a plus)
Knowledge of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Accountancy Standards and Programmes
Conditions
Permanent part-time contract with a 6 months trial period
Excellent working atmosphere in a young dynamic team
