Brussels, 16th August 2010 - On the basis of a shared vision about the future of electric mobility in Europe, shecco has been a partner of Going-Electric since last year. The European association for electric mobility and shecco have now brought their cooperation forward by accepting shecco to become a member of its Board of Directors. Going-Electric is an international non-profit organisation, aiming at becoming the voice of all electric vehicle stakeholders towards a European legislative framework enabling a European leadership in electric vehicle production and commercialisation. shecco and Going-Electric share knowledge and resources in order to promote battery electric vehicles, extended range electric vehicles and fuel cells electric vehicles. Because of the huge benefits that electric vehicles bring in terms of environmental protection and energy consumption, shecco and Going-Electric are happy to cooperate on the question of the road vehicles of the future. As from this summer, shecco sits in the Board of Directors of Going-Electric. Together with eight personalities form the electric vehicle world, shecco will jointly give impulse in the work of the association and share its expertise on international electric vehicle related developments.
